
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 4 (4-oz) filets salmon
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
*Preheat oven to 400F
*In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard, and honey. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley. Set aside.
Brush each salmon filet with honey mustard mixture, sprinkle top of filets with bread crumb mixture and bake in preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork, approx. 10-15 mins. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
